WELDOTRON 5200 Series
The Weldotron 5200 series is a group of semi automatic console L-sealers designed to provide dependable long term performance in continuous production environments. 5200 series wrappers incorporate push button pneumatic sealing and automatic package discharge. With sealing head hold-down and product take-away automatically controlled, the operator is free to load a new package while the proceeding one is being sealed. Push button operation also reduces operator fatigue and permits untrained personnel to function efficiently. 5200 Series features include a new surface film unwind with automatic film braking to prevent film over-travel. Impulse sealing, adjustable temperature control and element heat compensator provide the adjustability required for optimum performance with all types of shrink film. The Weldotron 6400 series is a group of newly redesigned semi automatic L-sealers based on our classic models that have been popular for many years. The new 6400 series combines Magnalok TM seal bar clamping with an automatic package discharge conveyor. With sealing head hold-down and product take-away automatically controlled, the operator is free to load a new package while the preceding one is being sealed. Newly added standard features include a surface film unwind with auto film breaking and seal bar film clamps. 6400 series sealers can be optionally equipped with our new universal film micro-perforator. The microperforator ensures smoother, more uniform shrink at significantly lower tunnel temperatures. The end result is a noticeable improvement in package appearance and a reduction in energy costs. |

WELDOTRON 7142 HIGH SPEED SHRINK TUNNEL DESIGNED TD MEET THE PRODUCTION
REQUIREMENTS OF HIGH SPEED AUTOMATIC WRAPPERS The Weldotron model 7142 is a high production shrink tunnel designed for use with high speed, automatic wrappers such as our 1600 series and 1400 series. The 7142 incorporates two independent shrink zones with separate air velocity controls to ensure proper shrink at high speeds. Its chain-driven, roller conveyor is fan-cooled, and continuously variable at speeds up to 140 feet per minute. A simple hand lever adjustment switches rollers between rotate and non-rotate. The model 7142 shrink tunnel is also equipped with a precision temperature controller for accurate temperature control throughout its 450 degree range. It is caster-mounted for mobility and constructed of heavy duty steel for years of dependable performance in continuous production environments.
