PAC manufactures a complete line of vacuum bag sealers for all applications. As one of the industry’s oldest suppliers of vacuum machines, our reputation for quality sealing machines is unequaled. We also specialize in custom machinery for unique applications.

The machines are simple in operation. The operator places a vacuum bag with product inside between the jaws of the machine with the nozzles going into the bag.

After previously setting the timers for vacuum, gas (if desired), seal and cool, the foot switch is pressed and the vacuum cycle begins, then after the gas cycle is complete, the nozzles retract back into the head of the machine.

The seal cycle then begins followed by a cool cycle where the sealed area material cools off under pressure. At the end of the cool cycle, the jaws automatically open and the operator takes away the vacuumed, gas flushed, sealed bag and the machine is ready for the next bag.

The PAC Table Top Vacuum Impulse Sealer Model PVT is a compact, heavy-duty, pneumatically operated sealer with a Venturi-type vacuum system. The machine has a single heated jaw and large nozzle. Seal lengths available 18", 24", 30", 36". Options designed to facilitate your packaging operations include gas hush, work shelf, stand,

other voltages.

The impulse PVG model has heating elements in both jaws giving strong, positive seals and capable of sealing most modern bag materials. Click here to see head mounting option

 

 

 

The barrier PVBG model has a constantly heated top jaw ranging up to 550 F and is for use on heavier barrier laminations, foils and similar materials.

 

 

- STAINLESS STEEL MODELS: Floor model machines are U.S.D.A. approved.

- WORK SHELF: Stainless steel adjustable shelf, with or without bag support, for convenient bag handling.

- MULTISTAGE: Additional stages of vacuum and gas to minimize the amount of oxygen left in the bag.

- VENTURI VACUUM SYSTEM: Lower noise level than electric pump; can be necessary for wet product packaging.

- MULTIPLE NOZZLES: Additional nozzles allow for multiple bags to be processed simultaneously.

- VACUUM LEVEL SWITCH: Switches vacuum stage so set level is obtained irrespective of bag volume.

- TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER FOR IMPULSE: Maintains preset temperature during seal cycle.

- BAG STRETCHER: Automatically stretches the bag and reduces wrinkles giving more positive seals.

- SEAL WIDTH: 1/8" to 1/2" or twin seals on impulse models; 3/4" or less, flat or serrated on barrier machines.

- "SEAL ONLY" MODE SWITCH: Retracts nozzles allowing use of the machine as a sealer only.

- HOT STAMP PRINTER/EMBOSSER: Encodes bags by printing or embossing your data above the seal.

- OTHER OPTIONS: Water Cooling, Ported Exhaust, Fluid Trap with Drain, Bag Trim Wire, Vacuum Relief Valve.
