Every powered section is enclosed with steel framed safety doors. There is an easy access Emergency Stop. The steal jaw assembly is guarded with fail safe sensors. All wiring is enclosed. There are six ways to quickly deactivate the wrapper. This series exceeds CE safety standards.

Series 1000 Wrappers can output wrapped product faster than any other automatic "L" sealer, in excess of 40 packages per minute.

EXTRA CAPACITY

Series 1000 Wrappers can wrap larger products than any automatic "L" sealer in its class. Standard sealers come in four sizes to meet your needs.

The smallest of the series 1000 sealers can apply 25" center fold while the largest can apply 55" centerfold.

The Model 1000 has a seal jaw assembly made from steel bar stock - not light  tubular steel, heavier duty conveyor construction and components. A model 1000 is up to the task of running seven days a week, three shifts a day for years.

Add to this one of the best seal bar system ever developed, you get a whole lot more for your dollar (speed, durability, flexibility, seal consistency and warranty protection second to none). Series 3000I Intermittent Side Seal Wrappers are even faster and can wrap a wider range of products sizes. Series 3000HS High Speed Side Seal Wrappers are faster yet - up to 125 packages per minute.

Integrated Lugged infeed

The most important facts to consider when comparing machine systems and costs are:

1. Can the system wrap your product without shingling?

2. Does the system perform smooth product transfers and use a constant motion infeed and an integrated lugged infeed? (Increases speed, lowers labor costs and reduces shingling).

3. Can the system truly wrap (8 1/2 x 11 x 2) at speeds of 40 packages per minute and does it come with a manufactures written performance guarantee?   

 4. Is the system an automatic " L" sealer, that provides extreme flexibility, ease of use, and fast product change over?

5. Does the system provide toolless changeover for both seal head opening and seal centering?

6. Does the entire system cost less or have a two year warrantee?

7. Is the entire sealer enclosed, including all film rolls and infeed?
