The 411 T -
Production proven to be one of the most valuable Skin
Packaging\Vacuum Forming machines to date. The 411 T has incorporated design concepts and
innovations from the 420 Series machine line and, although less automated, the 411 is
built to the same exacting
standards of the 420 Series.
The 411 T utilizes a movable oven for
highly visibility in the packaging\forming area and greater versatility in product
loading, unloading and vacuum forming. The oven design uses tubular steel heating elements
for long life, [avoiding costly downtime], while also providing faster more consistent
cycle times (no "Heat Up" or "Cool Down" cycles). The 411 T also
features a fully cantilevered film frame made from welded structural steel tubing,
convection cooled oven towers (no cooling fans or moving parts) and automatic operation
with full manual override controls (for one of a kind or testing applications].
In addition, the electrical components of the 411 T are
standard units, available nationwide.

HANNON 420 T and 420 C
RELIABILITY
The 420C Series — the
ultimate in versatility for the vacuum forming/skin packaging industry.
By combining two complete vacuum systems, high
volume turbine and positive displacement
(surge tank), the 420 C can do the work of two
more limited machines.
The turbine system is ideally suited for skin
packaging. The positive displacement system or a combination of the two systems is ideal
for vacuum forming. The two vacuum systems can be operated independently or sequentially.
The first step in the development of the 420 C
Series was extensive market research to determine the needs and requirements of the entire
industry, from the part time user to the full time professional. This data has been
incorporated into the design of the 420 C Series. A research and development program
spanning over a decade has resulted in the most advanced and reliable vacuum forming/skin
