Model s50 Fully Automatic side Sealer,  Seal size of  infinate L x 21.5" W x 8" H.  Machine is capable of running package speeds of  20 to 35 packages per minute depending on product size and film thickness, etc.

                    Standard Features Include:

                    1. Hot knife sealing system with round corner cut, uses no nichrome wires;

                    2. Omron PLC -Program Logic Controller, for easy reliable operation;

                    3. Variable speed drive from 0 to 95 FPM

                    4. APC - Automatic product clearing, machine will automatically reseal and remove product that has jammed in machine;

                    5. Jam alarm- If machine is unable to clear jam on second attempt, machine will sound audible alarm;

                    6. Motorized scrap wind up wheel with built in alarm when wheel is full;

                    7. Accepts random length products with no changeover required;

                    8. Fully enclosed seal area with safety interlocks on front door;

                    9. Emergency stop switch with reset button;

                   10. Hand wheel adjustments allow for quick product size changeover;

11. Powered infeed conveyor with electric eye to start cycle, complete adjustment of bag sizes front and back of package;     

                   12. Adjustable height legs with locking casters;

                   13. Automatic pin wheel hole punch.

                   14. Adjustable Proximity switch allows operator to adjust height of seal head depending on height of package for faster cycle speeds.

15. Motorized center seal, automatically adjusts seal head to center of package.
