SHRINK BAGS

PURPOSE
1. To produce similar effect of shrink wrapping but using a pre-made bag which only needs to be sealed on one side.
2. Bags may be printed for advertising the product or products inside.
3. Sometimes used to bundle multiple products together that would be difficult to shrink wrap using roll film on a bar sealing machine.

1. All that is required is bags sized to your product, clear tape and a heat gun. click for options and pricing.

Products like CD's will look very nice on the front and three sides, but you will see the folded and tape on the back. * Note: For items like Baskets or other very large or irregular products, use our Special shrink tape, it is expensive but works well $25.00 per roll.

2. For a more "professional look" add a sealer/trimmer. Purchase a bar sealer to cut and seal the excess material away. This will look very professional and will appear as though your product was wrapped on a much more expensive system.

3. Generally ( on larger size products ) it is wise to have an air vent hole put in bag near sealed end to allow air in bag to escape during shrinkage. (standard for stock bags).
