For Increased Packaging Production At Lower Cost

· Fully Automatic impulse trim sealing of plastic bags up to 5 mm thick.

· Wrap-around hood is standard. Additional features added to provide operator protection.

· 30 bags per minute operating rate.

· Solid state electronics for precise wire temperature control. Smokeless, odorless and no warm up time required.

· Trim seals bags up to 15" wide and 22" long with or without 1/4" ribbon seal as desired. Automatically ejects and collects the scrap.

· Teflon dispensing roller extends life of sealing ribbon.

· All stainless steel decking and slides are quickly adjustable for fast product change over. Table pitch is also adjustable.

· Economical power requirements —110 volt and 5 CFM @ 50 p.s.i.
