PMI The GR-Series is designed for collating
and multi-packing products wherever space is limited. Its side infeed design
is perfectly suited for custom applications, with collation possible for
multi-packing bottles, cartons, or bags. Product is easily and positively
transferred through the film onto either a dead plate or powered discharge
conveyor before traveling through the integrated shrink tunnel. Available in
stainless steel, it's perfect for dairy applications where sanitation and
wet environments are the norm. Three standard models are available with a
choice of eight seal bar widths.

SI-Series includes seven different models from manually loaded,
semi-automatic bundlers to sophisticated, fully automatic multi-packers.
Wrapper and shrink tunnels are constructed with an integral frame. Offering
standard seal bar widths with ranges from 20 to 70 inches, PMI provides a
wide range of capabilities designed to meet your specific requirement.

The CSI-TW-Series offers four standard
models designed to run faster speeds for heavy production environments. The
three-stage infeed delivers trayed product perfectly paced to the heavy-duty
Continuous-motion Seal System. Our rugged integral frame supports our high
efficiency shrink tunnel. A dual-zone shrink tunnel is optional. If your

The BL-Series presents a new approach to
tray wrapping, eliminating the heated seal bar by precisely cutting and
placing pre-cut lengths of film around and overlapping underneath the
product. The seal is completed as the film shrinks in the heat tunnel. A
large panel-view operator interface makes set-up and adjustment easy to
perform. The BL Series includes a wide range of tray sizes, product
configurations and is capable of clear or print registered film
applications. Requiring only a single film roll for operation, the BL
Wrappers come standard with mounting for two 20-inch diameter rolls.
BL Models are available for high-speed with heavier gauge film

The compact CSI-20 was designed with the
high volume printer in mind. It's capable of accepting printed material
directly from the customer's stacker onto a continuous motion infeed belt.
PMI's "Smart-Trac" film system releases the precise length of film as soon
as the product is detected on the infeed eliminating the common problems
associated with lightweight bundle transfers. The "Smart-Trac" sensor system
automatically adjusts the speed/motion of the seal carriage and film rolls,
compensating for varying product sizes, height, and speed. The seal head
travels along with the product, smoothly and positively transferring it into
our triple insulated shrink tunnel. Whether its stitched, perfect-bound, or
folded signatures in digest to tabloid size, you can be assured that the
CSI-20 will provide you with perfect wraps every time. Capable of bundle
sizes from 1/8" to 9 ½" high at speeds up to 60 BPM.
