Description...

Contimed D666 tabletop medical band sealer

The Contimed D666 is a validatable table top band sealer for use in the medical industry. It is equipped with statistical process control (SPC) for validation of speed, temperature, and pressure, to ensure seal integrity.

The D666 includes a built-in dot matrix printer that can print: date, operator name, serial number, and codes, directly on the seal of the pouch. The D666 has a serial port for validation via a computer, and can seal a variety of pouch materials, including paper/polypropylene and Tyvek.

Automatic adjustment of seal pressure

Stainless steel front and top plate
Serial port to record seal parameters to a computer
Alpha numeric 80 character dot matrix printer
Program up to ten operator codes (10 characters/ea)
